Aspire Real Estate School

We offer in-person classes in Alexandria, Falls Church, Woodbridge and Charlottesville, Virginia.  Almost all of our in-person courses are simultaneously streamed online allowing students to attend class virtually from anywhere.  Classes are held during the day, evening and on the weekend.

 The 60 credit hour salesperson pre-licensing course is taught using a Hybrid method.  Students are expected to attend class in addition to reading and studying on their own.  Students receive 60 credit hours for the course once they pass the classroom exam.  

Broker Courses are taught in-person and virtually.  We offer four 45 credit hour courses in Brokerage, Law, Appraisal, and Financing that can be purchased individually or at a discounted package rate.   Broker courses can also be attended in-person or virtually.

 Your pre-licensing tuition for courses with Aspire Real Estate School is a 12 month pass and entitles you to attend as many pre-licensing courses as you need to pass the licensing exam.  

To audit subsequent courses you must contact our main office to reserve a seat.  We request that our auditing students sit in the back of the class and allow first time students to sit at the front of the room.  

Your tuition is good for a year.  Once the purchased course starts there are no refunds given for any reason.
